The project has two identical residences for two brothers. The architectural vocabulary of the residences is expressed through exposed bricks and exposed concrete.The basement has a home theatre and a party lounge opening out into a sunken courtyard. The living areas are located on the ground floor. The first floor has three bedrooms and a gym.
