The project brief was the expansion of the existing Prudent House. The design proposal is to expand the existing areas efficiently and keeping the identity of the existing building. The expansion created more space for the workspaces, basement, terrace café for the office staff and adding a stack parking on the ground level. A monotonous facade was created with expandable mesh and clay tiles creating a contrast and also keeping the identity alive of the existing building.
