Shreekunj Homes is a redevelopment project. A plot with old bungalow was to be demolished to build 3-bedroom apartments. The site is in Ambavadi, Ahmedabad. The site permitted having two similar apartments on each floor with one facing the main road. The apartment had ground floor and a basement as parking and seven residential floors. With only two apartments per floor, all the rooms have direct access to natural light and ventilation on three sides with one side having the staircase and elevator.
