Located in the Zydus Bio-Tech Park at Changodar, The Research & Development Block for VTC-QC strongly integrates the triangular shape of the site in the organization of the building. Strategically designed internal space layout optimizes the workflow process of various departments which are segregated by wide corridors and opportunities for natural light. The 29,482 sq.ft. built block is vertically divided in two different levels. The Ground Floor of the building is dedicated for Administration, Physio-chemical Lab, Micro- biology lab, General Instrument Lab & Live Virus Lab whereas the first floor is kept reserved for technical areas.
