GA participated in an open competition by GIDC, Gandhinagar. We proposed for a 28 floor tall building. The key concept for the building was to create a centralized core with maximum floor usability while optimizing visibility and natural light on each floor. Catering to that we developed an office module system in which the building is divided in 4 modules which allows for flexible office planning on each floor. We also developed a facade strategy utilizing energy efficient glazing on north-south and vertical shading on east-west facade.
